Accessibility Statement
This statement applies to the website at diginetaccess.com.
Our commitment
DigiNet Access is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility is the service we offer, so we hold our own website to the same standard we recommend to clients.
Target standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across all pages and journeys on this site.
How this site was tested
This site was reviewed during its build using manual inspection of the markup, keyboard operation, heading structure, form labelling and error handling, together with checks of colour contrast values against the WCAG 2.2 contrast requirements, and rendered layout checks at 320, 375, 768, 1024 and 1440 CSS pixel widths.
Testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers (for example NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver) and with real users has not yet been carried out. We do not claim certification or full conformance on the basis of the testing completed so far.
Date of this review: 7 September 2026.
Known limitations
- Screen reader and assistive technology testing is outstanding, so issues that only surface with those tools may exist.
- A verified public email address and phone number are not yet published, so the inquiry form is currently the only way to report a barrier.
Reporting a barrier
If you find something on this site you cannot use, please tell us through the inquiry form. Describe the page and what happened, and we will respond and work to resolve it. If you cannot use the form itself, that is exactly the kind of problem we want to hear about — and we will publish an alternative contact route as soon as one is confirmed.
