How it works

From first enquiry to lasting improvement

You don't need any technical knowledge to start. Here is what happens at each stage, and what is expected of you.

  1. Step 1: Tell us about your website

Send your business name and website address, along with anything you already know is causing trouble for visitors. Nothing technical is required.

  2. Step 2: Define the review

We agree what the review will cover — which pages and journeys matter most to your business, and what you want to get out of it.

  3. Step 3: Understand the findings

You receive the deliverables agreed for your service: the barriers found, described in plain language, with the impact on real visitors.

  4. Step 4: Plan and address improvements

We set out a prioritised action list. Depending on what you have agreed, DigiNet Access can support your existing developer or coordinate the work.

  5. Step 5: Review progress

Where follow-up verification or ongoing support is part of your arrangement, we re-check the agreed items and confirm what has changed.
